  • 1 hour virtual or in-person meeting to review newborns and sleep (what to expect)

  • Evaluation of baby's sleep environment for safety

  • Follow-ups during the first 4 months

2 WEEKS

Babies and children
4 months and older

Includes:
 

  • 1 hour introduction call (phone, video or in-person) and wrap up call at the end of the 2 week period

  • Personalized sleep plan

  • 2 weeks of email/text/phone support (you decide which method works for you)

  • Sleep logs

1 HOUR Q&A

Includes:
 

  • 1 hour virtual or in person to answer any and all questions
